INTERNATIONAL ORDER

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for SIZE, MODEL, AND COLORS EXCHANGE within max 3 days after you received the package.
Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS.
Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached.
Please kindly contact our customer service through WhatsApp with details on exchanging your item.
Exchanged items will not be credited for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Arrastudios. Once received, we will send out your exchange.
If we send you a damaged or incorrectly shipped product please contact us immediately. Defective products or products you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Arrastudios is not at fault.
If a different size/ model/ color is desired, Arrastudios will issue an exchange for the return in that item. However, we are not responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an exchange in size/ model/ color.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
